Participation Agreement for Vendors – The Market Place by Global Events and Exhibitions Ltd.

By participating in any current or future event organized by The Market Place, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Insurance Requirement

• Vendors are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage for participation in the event.
• The Market Place and Global Events and Exhibitions Ltd. are not liable for any theft, loss, business fraud, damage, or accidents during the event.
• Vendors who choose not to obtain insurance accept full personal responsibility for any incidents or liabilities that may occur.

2. Booth / Spot Reservation

• Booths/spots are reserved and confirmed only upon receipt of 100% payment.
• The Market Place booth fee is CAD $150 + Tax per spot . its Introduction offer booking fee can be change as per Management Decision. 

• Food Truck Participation – The Market Place

  The fee for food trucks at The Market Place is CAD 250 + tax.

  Please note the following important points:

  • Food trucks are responsible for their own food safety and licensing during the event.

  • We will provide an outdoor space in the parking lot outside the Market Place hall.

  • You must bring your own generator (genset).

  • We will provide access to an electricity point if available at the location, but it is not guaranteed.

• A confirmation of your booking will be sent via email, text, or WhatsApp upon receipt of payment.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the event date to secure your participation.
• If payment is not received on time:
  • Your business may not be listed in the event pamphlet, floor plan, or promotional materials.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in emergency situations and must be requested at least 30 days prior to the event date.
• Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the organizer.

4. Event Details & Booth Setup – Setup time may vary depending on location and Venue please check with the organiser for more clarity .

Saturday Shows:

• Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Vendor Entry: 1:00 PM

Sunday Shows:

• Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 10.00 PM
• Vendor Entry: 01:00 PM
• Booth setup must be completed within one hour of entry.

Each booth includes:

• One (1) 6-ft table (tablecloth not provided)
• Additional table will cost you 20 Cad . and it should be fit in your Allotted space or you can bring your own table and chairs .
• Two (2) chairs
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own lighting and power extensions as needed.

5. Acknowledgment & Liability

By participating, I acknowledge and agree to the above terms. I understand and accept full responsibility for:

• Any legal, financial, or operational issues resulting from lack of valid insurance or a business license issued by the local authorities.
• The Market Place by The Global Events and Exhibitions Ltd. are not responsible for any legal issues involving vendors and local, provincial, or federal agencies.

6. Booth Sharing Policy

• Booth sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Each vendor must register individually.

7. Fee Policy

• All payments are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable for any reason.

8. Organizer Rights

• The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
