I confirm that I have read and understood the following terms in order to participate in any present or future event or exhibition.

Insurance Requirement

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own insurance for the expo.
The expo organizers are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or accidents.
If proper insurance is not arranged, the exhibitor accepts full personal responsibility for any issues that may arise.

Booth / Spot Reservation

For fee details, please call +1 778-681-2123. Exhibitor participation fees may vary depending on location and venue .
Booths are reserved and confirmed only upon receipt of a 100% deposit.

A confirmation of your spot will be sent via email, text, or WhatsApp once payment is received.

Payment & Refund Policy

To secure your spot in all shows hosted by The Global Events and Exhibitions Ltd., full payment must be made at least 10 days before the event.
If payment is not received on time:
- Your listing may not appear in the show pamphlet, floor plan, or advertisements.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of emergency and must be reported at least 30 days before the event.

Event Details & Setup

The event is a one-day show as per timings and details given .
Hall gates will open for exhibitors one hour before the event.
Booth setup must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Each booth includes:
- One 6ft table (without a tablecloth) extra table will cost you 50$
- Two chairs
Exhibitors are responsible for bringing additional lighting and power extensions to highlight their products.

Acknowledgment & Liability

I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
By participating, I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for any issues that may arise if I do not have proper insurance or a valid business license issued by the city.
The Global Events and Exhibitions Ltd. is not liable for any legal issues that may arise between the participating exhibitor and local or federal business law enforcement authorities.

Booth Sharing Policy

Sharing of booths/spots is strictly prohibited.

Fee Policy

The booking fee is final, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable for any reason.
